Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Whole Nutrition, we stand by the quality, transparency, and integrity of every product we create.
Our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience from order to delivery.
However, if something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how our Refund & Cancellation Policy works:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at contact@wholenutrition.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds (if applicable) for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Because we deal in nutrition and consumable products, safety and hygiene are our top priorities.
Hence, we do not accept returns once a product is opened, used, or tampered with.
However, we happily offer a replacement in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or leaked product
- You received the wrong item or flavor
- Your package is missing an item
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product and the outer packaging
- Email us at support@wholenutrition.in with your order ID, description of the issue, and attachments
Our team will verify and send a replacement within 7–10 working days after approval.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are applicable only:
- For cancelled orders (before dispatch)
- For damaged/incorrect products where replacement isn’t possible
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment source and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
4. Cashback Policy
- Cashback offers (if any) are valid only on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹600 or above.
- Cashback will be processed only after successful delivery of the order.
- Cashback is not applicable on cancelled orders, fully refunded orders, or orders returned due to customer error.
- Cashback offers cannot be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly mentioned.
- The cashback amount and mode of credit (wallet/bank/UPI) will be as per the offer terms communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Products bought from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
